These Terms of Service govern your use of the Beloved Prints website and your purchase of products from Beloved Prints.

The website and store are operated by Southern 54, LLC, doing business as Beloved Prints. Throughout these Terms, “Beloved Prints,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Southern 54, LLC, DBA Beloved Prints.

By visiting our website, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other published policies.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the website or our products to violate any law, infringe another person’s rights, transmit malicious software, interfere with the operation of the website, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.

Because our products may be 3D-printed, personalized, hand-finished, painted, or made from customer-supplied photographs, minor differences may occur between:

• Product photographs and the finished item
• Digital previews and physical products
• Separate production runs
• Different filament, resin, or material batches
• Screen-displayed colors and physical colors

Dimensions and weights are approximate unless expressly identified as exact.

3. Custom artistic interpretation

Custom models, sculptures, busts, figurines, and similar products involve artistic interpretation.

A finished product may not reproduce every facial feature, hairstyle, expression, texture, proportion, garment, accessory, animal marking, or photographic detail exactly.

The quality of the result depends significantly on the quality, clarity, angle, lighting, completeness, and accuracy of the reference materials provided by the customer.

Unless expressly included in the product description, purchase price does not guarantee:

• Photorealistic likeness
• Exact anatomical duplication
• Exact color matching
• Unlimited revisions
• A customer preview before production
• Reproduction of details not visible in the supplied images

4. Customer-provided photographs and content

By uploading or sending photographs, names, text, logos, artwork, designs, or other content, you represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• You have permission to authorize its use in producing the ordered item
• Its use does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• The content is lawful and does not contain prohibited material

You grant Beloved Prints a limited, nonexclusive license to use the submitted content as reasonably necessary to review, design, produce, communicate about, fulfill, and support your order.

Beloved Prints may decline or cancel a request that we reasonably believe is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, technically infeasible, unsafe, infringing, or inappropriate.

5. Intellectual property

The Beloved Prints website, branding, original photographs, text, graphics, product designs, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Beloved Prints and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, digital model, source file, production file, or commercial reproduction rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our digital designs or website content without written authorization.

6. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Suspected fraud
• Pricing or listing errors
• Product unavailability
• Technical limitations
• Prohibited content
• Intellectual-property concerns
• Inability to complete the requested design
• Errors in customer-provided information

If we cancel an order before fulfillment, we will refund the applicable amount paid for the canceled portion.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

7. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be disclosed during checkout when required.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not normally affect a previously accepted order.

Payment information is processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers. Beloved Prints does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled by contacting support@belovedprints.com within 24 hours of the original order time.

Custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled after the 24-hour period.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Custom and personalized products are not returnable merely because the customer changed their mind.

10. Production and shipping

Normal production time is approximately 5 to 7 business days before shipment, unless another period is stated on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Production periods and carrier transit periods are separate.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

11. Safety and product use

Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

Unless expressly advertised for such use, our products:

• Are not toys
• May contain small parts
• Should be kept away from unsupervised children and pets
• Are not intended for food contact
• Are not intended for medical, structural, protective, or life-safety use
• Should not be exposed to open flames
• Should not be exposed to extreme heat
• May deform, discolor, or weaken when exposed to high temperatures, prolonged sunlight, moisture, or outdoor conditions

Only battery-powered LED tealights should be used in products designed as tealight holders. Never use a real candle or open flame.

12. Optional third-party tools and links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and social-media services.

We are not responsible for the independent practices, availability, accuracy, security, or content of third-party services.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

13. Reviews, feedback, and submissions

When you submit a review, comment, suggestion, or other non-confidential feedback, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, edit, and display it for lawful business purposes.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, deceptive, infringing, obscene, malicious, or fraudulent.

14. Errors and inaccuracies

Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect pricing.

We may correct errors and update information without prior notice. When an error materially affects an existing order, we may contact the customer to resolve or cancel the affected portion.

15. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Commit or facilitate fraud
• Submit false information
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or another account
• Scrape or harvest data without authorization
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Abuse, threaten, or harass our staff or other users
• Use our products or services for unlawful purposes

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, except for any express written warranty we provide.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beloved Prints and Southern 54, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern 54, LLC, DBA Beloved Prints, and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your unlawful use of the website or products
• Content you supplied
• Your infringement of another person’s rights

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

20. No waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Brevard County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website and changing the “Last updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
